Ryviu: Loyalty & Reviews App

I've been using the Ryviu app for over a year now, and after trying several other options, I can confidently say this is the best one out there. The integration with Google feed has made adding new products incredibly simple and hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking to streamline their review management!

I’ve been using the Ryviu app for my Shopify store, and it’s been fantastic! The basic plan already offers everything I need, from importing reviews to displaying them beautifully on my product pages. What truly stands out is the customer service – they’re responsive and always go above and beyond to help with any issues. The app is user-friendly, integrates well with Shopify, and helps build trust with customers. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable review app!

Firstly, this software can solve my current problems very well. When I encounter many problems during use, the staff can help me solve them very well. They can even assist you in solving them without your worries. You only need to express your needs, and the staff is very patient in solving my problems. Starting from the free package, I have decided to upgrade the package because they are worth it and are indeed very useful.

Upd: we already using it for a while and support is fast and excellent. There were some bugs in app work, but they were fixed quiet fast

There are several things I don't like about the app. One of them is that it doesn't allow you to import by ID; you have to do it through the product URL, which often changes. Additionally, you can't delete all the reviews with just a few clicks; you have to do it page by page. So if you are a website with many reviews, you will really waste a lot of time just deleting reviews.

The person who attended to me was Chloe, who was really cold and unempathetic. From what I have seen of the app so far, I do NOT RECOMMEND IT.

This app needs a lot of work as does their customer support! It says they have 24/7 support--they don't at all. have to wait hours for a response. You also have to repeat the issue over and over andthey give a solution that doesn't work. They are not thorough in trouble shooting. I was trying to upload a csv of saved reviews and every word that had an apostrophe in it, had an error code displayed where the apostrophe should have been. They kept saying to do this and that to fix it and no solution worked. Also my reviews are not listed on the actual pages on my shop--just when you click on the product listing do you see the review. Obviously, they should automatically have it programmed to see it in both places.

The csv-import of my Shopify Product Rating app failed. The support answered only 3 days later – as a bot with an answer that didn't even begin to solve the problem. Deleted the app right away.

No sé porque necessita de una clave fuerte, para un tan simple, he cambiado mi clave uns 5x y no funciona de ninguna manera, creo que ha sido mi pior experiencia con un app de Shopify. Solo funcionó al borrar la aplicaccion y vincular a mi cuenta google y despues añadir a mi sitio shopify directamente por mi cuenta web. Una verguenza!

The app is easy to use, and the Customer Service is great, I just want to know when I can edit reviews on the app directly, which may save me a lot of time~

I have everything I need from this review app, and it doesn't cost much. The customer support is always there to help, which is great. I used to use a different app called Stamped, but I switched to Ryviu, and I highly recommend it.
