I’ve been using this app for several years. It’s affordable, powerful, and the customer service is excellent. Every time I’ve contacted support, my issues were resolved quickly and effectively.
Powerful plugin with very helpful support! This app does exactly what it promises, and the features are robust. On top of that, their support team is quick to respond and very patient in solving any issues. Highly recommended!
It might be due to our theme but I struggled to get the Rich Text from the reviews to work. In addition the lack of existing language translation to Swedish and the missing feature of sending emails to customers with orders before the email automation was configured will probably lead to finding another app that fulfill our requirements. Otherwise it seem like a good app.

If you need help with rich snippet code in your theme, please get in touch with us. We can request access and assist with setup.
Our app currently does not support sending emails to customers with past orders before app installation or email automation setup due to resource constraints. We may consider adding this feature in the future if it fits our development plans.
