Urgent problems:
1. Import a large number of useless empty comments, occupying a limited number of comment entries. Deleting empty comments will waste a lot of time and increase operating costs. Please upgrade as soon as possible to directly filter out empty comments and do not import anymore.
2. To import more comments, please start importing from the time when the last import time is closest to the current import time. It is best not to import manually deleted comments again

The customer service was excellent! I installed a new theme on my Shopify store and needed help with transferring the reviews from my previous theme onto my new theme. They responded right away and helped me accomplish this in less than an hour. Appreciate the prompt help.
