We're very happy with the S Loyalty: Loyalty Suite and all that it does for our small business. Furthermore, the team behind the app is very helpful should we have any questions, and they're always working to make the app even better.
Great app, easy to set up, adaptable and integrates well with shopify. I took it on a free trial just to see what it could do because we get lot's of repeat business. Everything was easy to install, instructions were clear and worked first time. I had wanted to build a tear system which S loyalty can't do at present but I was able to modify it easily to create a points system that works for us. Good communication for any questions I had but all by email no phone number. vapoursdirect.co.uk

Just did a trial of the new APP-could not be easier to install and when I did have some questions, the support team was GREAT! Timely and helpful.

Easy set up. My wife had been using it for a few months for her site, and she loves it - so now I have converted. Very cool feature to drive traffic.
We really like this app, it integrates well, is easy to setup and control what loyalty awards are on offer. We used the free trial to make sure it did what we wanted it to do. I especially like the option to add/remove points manually for individual customers.
Good app, does what it says, relatively easy to set up, and adds a lot of value and professionalism to your store.
S Loyalty is one of the best rewards point system that shopify has, and we received tremendous help from the customer support team. However, we believe that there could be more flexibility in customizing. Minor customization should be open to all plans, e.g the name of the rewards point system. Also, the difference between the subscription price for pro plan (49.99) and enterprise (199.99) is too huge a jump.
We just started configuring our Loyalty Program and can't wait to see the benefits that it can bring us. It's very easy to configure and the only thing that would totally rock is to make more accesible the customization options without leaving the S-Loyalty badge. Keep up the good work guys!
