Great product and outstanding, responsive support. Missing a couple of features we would like, however the developers are responsive to adding new features.
What I like about this app is that it generates one-time use coupon easily. Easy install and back-end control.
We've been using S-Loyalty for about a year and have always found it easy to use - from installation to ease of use for customers. Fantastic customer service from the app team, and the improvements lately on the customization are the icing on the cake!
My biggest request would be the option to offer shoppers cash back for shares that convert, which is definitely a better incentive than points. That being said, S-Loyalty does what it advertises and then some, thanks to their proactive support team. Nice!

The functions are well designed and with new features coming out from time to time, I believe this app will grow alongside with many small businesses whose looking to start a loyalty program!
Great company, and even better customer service. I migrated over from BigCommerce and they were able to transfer all of our customers' loyalty points over, and for any they couldn't transfer we received a list so no one was lost. Add to that their integration to Shopify via embedded storefront, menu, or tab and it's a no-brainer. Stellar looking app that works, and works well!
so far so groovy!! =) I migrated to S Loyalty from Smile.io ... the main reason was because I wanted to be able to offer "Bonus Point" weekends. and also, Smile.io just became way too expensive for me. (I originally opted for Smile.io for the "refer a friend" feature and "slider" at checkout ... but at the end of the day, the "refer a friend" wasn't working as well as I had hoped *and* the slider at checkout was causing a lot of confusion for my international ESL customers)
Crystal has been incredible during my migration to S Loyalty. (they seamlessly transferred my customer data over and helped me with the customization for the new program) ... I just officially launched, so I have not had to deal with much customer-related trouble shooting yet, but I couldn't be happier. I will update this review if anything crazy happens over the next few weeks/months.
