A little pricey, but works as expected. Tech support is good, new features being added regularly. I wish the widget font could be customized to match the site font. It would make it look much more customized.
AMAZING SUPPORT! Anthony has been timely and incredibly helpful during set up and with our upgrade this year. Absolutely terrific app. Pricing is definitely fair.
We really wish shopify allowed for % off of products + minimum order amount in a specific collection. If this were the case we would absolutely use SLoyalty for all of our discount types and this would make it so much easier for customers to navigate.We realize this is not an SLoyalty issue.
Also, we like to add a customer's loyalty points to their packing slip to give them extra incentive. Currently we have to write their points manually on their slips. We would love to have this automatically added.

Used it for almost 14 days. S loyalty makes it exciting for the shoppers to make a return purchase as their points can be converted into value that can help buyers to save. In this budget tight world who does not want to save. To entice sign up, S Loyalty also has welcome points, where it makes it entice signing up of account for as the loyalty for the website.
I was blown away by how far above and beyond Sara went to show me that they appreciated our business. Definitely appreciated! App is very useful and glitch free. Our customers love it!
The app itself works great. We haven't had any issues with it so far. When we updated our theme, the app stopped working, so we thought maybe it would need to be reinstalled. Big mistake. Removing the app wiped all of our S Loyalty data, but the fantastic support team at S Loyalty had our rewards program back up and running in no time! Their customer service is really great and we are glad we chose S Loyalty for our rewards and referral program.
UPDATE: One downside of the S Loyalty app that you should be aware of is that customers can only redeem their points and apply the coupon to one item in the cart. This means that if your customer redeems a $20 coupon, and they don't have anything greater than $20 in the cart, then they won't actually get $20 off their purchase--even if their total is greater than $20.
So far so good. I am excited to see how this works. Set up has been pretty easy. And I know my customers will love this.
Great app and easy to use. Love the slick tab we can have on our site and an extensive range of rewards. The customer service is great and responsive. Keep innovating S Loyalty!
Easy to implement and adds value for customers. Just wish we could do more customizations to the basic plan rather than going for the premium plans just to do this. Perhaps an option to redeem points for dollar discounts (ie. 15 points = $15 rebate) would be great.
Good system for simple points based loyalty - would love if integrated more with shopify POS. It's also a bit pricey.
