I would like the option to migrate to customers considering their purchase history for automatic point loading.

If you are referring to rewarding customers for points made prior to the launch of the loyalty program, you may enable the "Point Earning Start Date" feature in the app console by setting a preferred program launch date. Orders created on or after the launch date of the loyalty program would be eligible for points earning. Feel free to contact us for assistance.

A must have for any serious online store, this app is not only functional and beautifully designed but also extremely easy to use. Customer service is also exceptional, definitely worth the investment if you want your customers to have a great shopping experience! A+++

Its taking some time for my customers to get used to, and for us to work out the kinks but so far my customers really like it.
my only gripe is the price, I wish the basic plan was cheaper then $19/month.

Absolutely love this program. Its boosted our sales in the first 14 days much more than I initially thought that it would. I wish there was a way to specify the fan builder/refer a friend discounts to apply to certain collections though. Thats the one flaw Ive seen so far. Overall well done though.

Great app. Excellent way to boost customer loyalty. Stellar customer service and support!

The only issue we've had is when we switched Shopify themes, the widget disappeared. I contacted the support team in the afternoon, and they had it fixed by the time I got into the office the next day! They even jazzed it up and made a branded widget for us. Thanks S Loyalty!

Easy to install and use app, can customise your own rewards, give rewards for referrals and manually add/subtract reward points if need be (we encouraged customers who'd shopped with us prior to the reward point system to sign up, to receive a certain number of bonus points). Our customers seem excited by the rewards program and it is certainly a small price to pay for repeat business and referrals!

Only had this app running for a few days - but getting traffic, emails, referrals coming in! Still need to explore everything this app offers - but so far am liking it just fine!

The team at S-Loyalty are extremely creative folks! They created such a beautiful customized Rewards pop-up for my website without me asking them to do it. There’s something to be said about a company going out of their way to make your Brand look better. I’m very pleased with their customer service and willingness to adjust my set up based on my individual needs.
