Easy to set up and install, and we are looking forward to adding more likes and follows for our brand - so far so good. One thing we'd like to see is the ability to customize the widget's appearance (font, colors, borders); we'd ideally be able to offer our customers fluid branded experience, including in our loyalty widget, especially because it's now the first thing new customers see when they visit our site.

Practical app. Definitely a good deal to have the loyalty program and the refre-a-friend all in one.
Just a bit disappointed that the Refer-a-friend app doesn't support french language.
Except for that, it's a great app!

A great product that will complement on going marketing efforts to build web traffic to your store.

Support has been prompt in replies, but still hoping they will solve the issue with mobile versions of your shopify store a priority. Currently works great with desktop sites, but refer a friend pop up window does not work on the mobile version.

When they fix the issue, I'll be happy to change the rating to 5 stars.

Point services are widespread in Japan, so I am grateful for this service. It's a little difficult to use and difficult to understand, but at this point there are many services that I'm grateful for.

We are a small but hard working company making sewn accessories. Our customers are very loyal and buy repeatedly. This was a great way to reward them for this and thank them for their continued support.

This app works great and is very simple, straight-forward, and makes sense once you use it and see it in action.

We haven't any negative issues -only positive- and they even created the widget to have our logo on it for free. Much appreciated!

I'll give it 5 stars when it adds a few additional features like social media sharing rewards, ability to add a free product as a reward (that doesn't let the customer choose the product color), or other ways to reward customers with points for other achievements. I don't want to manually keep track of any of this- and I doubt any company large enough to offer a rewards program has the time to do so.

Cheers for having such a smooth running app! My customers went nuts for it! And our sales boosted instantly when we installed it. I look forward to tempting them with points in the future.

So far so good. I am excited to see how this works. Set up has been pretty easy. And I know my customers will love this.

Loving that this app retains new and interested prospective customers through it's fan loyalty program. Just started using through free trial but so far liking the results. The only negative so far is that it's not mobile capable for all mobile phones, showing the pop up screen so large that customers can't opt out and shop if they choose to however they said they are working on it.

It's worked great thus far and my customers love it - however, it's very expensive for a monthly app for a small business like mine. I don't like that it's based on your monthly order average rather than a set amount of users.
