Setup is very easy and customization of the rewards screen is fantastic - it really allows you to create a screen that fits seamlessly into the look of your site.

Right now, the rewards are somewhat one dimensional. It would be nice to allow customers to earn points by liking social media pages, sharing posts, referring others, etc.

初めてのポイント制度の導入としてはまだ使いやすくシンプルでとても良いと思いますが、まだ一部ではあるが、日本語訳が完璧に訳されていない部分もある。デザインはシンプルでお客様からみてもわかりやすいと思う。

So far, so good! Installation and set up were both relatively easy and it looks great. I'm only reserving a star until I have a better idea of how many sales it will generate for my store.

Great product, easy to use and set up. the only thing that stops me from giving it a 5 star rating is the fan builder. it would be nice if you could choose if you want people to like your social media pages and/or provide an email. I would like it to be geared more towards building a social audience and not just collecting emails from people. Most people have been putting in just an email address and never liking our engaging with our social media pages. It would also be nice if you could delete coupon codes from the system on your own once created. And the only other thing would be helpful is if this linked up to mailchimp when you do get emails so they can get added to a list, it does not however. Still, with that said, this is a really, really good product.

Great app, will help build our customer base nicely.

All it's lacking is the ability to change when the emails can be sent out. Has to be 14 days for points reminder, would have preferred to be able to mkae this longer.

We are using the App for two of our online stores and are happy with the ease of use and responsiveness from the team. The Loyalty program is easy to set up, manage and run and would recommend it.

The customer service and super fast response from S Loyalty has been very impressive and made the set up much smoother and very easy. It's a great template to use for rewards and the back end is very simple. The app is a little expensive as we needed to go for the gold version for our needs and we were not able to exclude sale items from the rewards program or customise automated emails, but otherwise very impressed so far and customers responding to the offers.

The app itself works great. We haven't had any issues with it so far. When we updated our theme, the app stopped working, so we thought maybe it would need to be reinstalled. Big mistake. Removing the app wiped all of our S Loyalty data, but the fantastic support team at S Loyalty had our rewards program back up and running in no time! Their customer service is really great and we are glad we chose S Loyalty for our rewards and referral program.

UPDATE: One downside of the S Loyalty app that you should be aware of is that customers can only redeem their points and apply the coupon to one item in the cart. This means that if your customer redeems a $20 coupon, and they don't have anything greater than $20 in the cart, then they won't actually get $20 off their purchase--even if their total is greater than $20.
