With us being new to Shopify and after trying multiple loyalty programs to see what was a great fit for us. S Loyalty by far was the best choice hands down!!! From a easy to install application to responsive customer service, so far it seems we should of went with them a long time ago.

Where to start had a problem with some rewards not deleting and I figured how much can their chat help work. Was I wrong the smoothest customer service help ever! An agent named (Anthony) Kudos! Helped me out. Presented my problem to the agent and he executed quickly and very competent. Very happy to do business with this company!

Started using it for 2 wks. Very practical and effective app with clean design and easy to use. Fantastic customer service from Crystal and William. Very quick to respond, extremely helpful and thoughful. Highly recommended.

Been a great app so far and will help to build our customer base even further.

The only issue we have is that you can't change the timings of reminders email, which doesn't allow us to send them out when we want to. 14 days isn't long enough for us.

Point services are widespread in Japan, so I am grateful for this service. It's a little difficult to use and difficult to understand, but at this point there are many services that I'm grateful for.

I’m only using the free subscription but the customer service is absolutely amazing! And overall a great little app for my customers to enjoy some rewards.

So far, so good! I haven't been using the app very long but they have great customer service. They made my branded app look very professional.
