I just signed up and the app seems great so far. I agree with the reviewer below that minor customizations should be included in the basic plan ($20/month), such as customizing the email templates sent to customers when they sign up for and redeem rewards. For $240/year, I would also think we should be able to customize the name of the rewards program and do minor style customizations to the widgets.

Added this recently and happy so far! All worked seamlessly.

Good useful app that i hope will inspire loyalty from our customer with repeat purchase.
