so far so good! Easy setup, and it does everything it should... just wish it was a bit more customizable. Will definitely consider upgrading once I feel it out a bit more.

**update**

Was trying to use the embedded widget, and unfortunately the html snippet provided was not compatible and I received very little support to rectify. Will remain at basic level since I could not resolve the issue.

This app is potentially great but unfortunately it doesn't work on mobile devices which is a significant problem in today's ecommerce market.

For example, on a screen under 768px wide, the loyalty widget will not be shown. This is because the Loyalty Overlay is 768px wide. Therefore, people using mobile devices will not be able to use the S Loyalty app at all. This issue is very problematic when you consider that many people will click through using referral links expecting to be given a discount coupon. This does not work.

Support mentioned they are working on this but sadly for now we find the app unusable.

Es muy fácil de configurar, ójala otras fuesen igual que esta aplicación, sólo puedo ponerle una pega, está en Inglés.

I use this app to help me get steady customers for them to come back to purchase. for them to use there points. But I am a new user and its not too user friendly. the system wanted to cancel my subscription because I have a widget in CM Commerce POP-up and told me I needed to upgrade my acct??? I am new and I only have about less them 50 sales a month and it was telling me I have more so I had to upgrade my acct?? for 39.99 per month? Please advise. I dont want to cancel my acct. Please fix the Issue

At first I had difficulties setting up my very first coupon, especially the part when I had to drag the code to the top bar. However, once I got the hang of it, everything became very simple to me. I like how my webstore looks now. It's very customer-oriented, thanks to S Loyalty App! I've received many compliments from my customers because not only they like to shop, but also to receive rewards that can be redeemed later on.

Very impressive. Simple to set up and the interface for the customer is elegant without our having to adjust (we have the basic service). I had one question and customer service was quick to answer. Seems to be well integrated with Shopify (but I have yet to fully test as only launched today).

I would like to see the help files updated but other than that, I have no issues.

We'll definitely consider the Refer-a-Friend and Fan Builder.
