So far I'm off to a really rough start! I thought I had launched the rewards a week ago and NOT ONE of my customers purchasing signed up. So I checked today and when they click to sign up for rewards it's just been kicking them off the page and back to my website. Im so disappointed

Thanks for letting us know the problem you're having. To be a loyalty member, a customer will just need a store account. The "create account" button on S Loyalty shopper overlay is linked to your Shopify store account creation page. If your account setting in Shopify is "Accounts are disabled", the account sign up page will be hidden, and will bring your customers to the homepage of your store as expected when they click the button. Please go to Shopify admin > Settings > Checkout and make sure you have chosen either "Accounts are optional" or "Accounts are required", so that the account creation page can be displayed on your store. Let us know if you need help!

I installed the S Loyalty app on my Shopify website a few days ago, and I must say that I’m VERY HAPPY AND IMPRESSED with it!!! The installation process was much quicker and easier than I thought it would be. The application guided me through 5 simple setup steps, and I was done in about 10 minutes. The hardest part of the whole process was figuring out what kind of rewards I wanted to offer my customers. I created 3 rewards just to test out the functionality of the system, but then I realized that I couldn’t delete my “test” rewards because S Loyalty’s pricing structure is based on the number of rewards that I created. I didn’t understand that concept at first, but looking back now, I agree that it’s a very fair method for S Loyalty to manage their pricing plans—and it’s actually clearly explained on their website too. Still, I wanted to get rid of those unwanted “test” rewards, so I contacted their Tech Support via the “Support” button at the bottom of the page in the Admin console. I simply explained what I did, and they responded (and FIXED my issue) by the next morning. Now that’s EXCELLENT customer service!!!

I’ve been running this app for only a week now, but I’m already seeing positive results! People are signing up for my rewards program, which is helping me grow my customer base and giving me a nice mailing list to use for future advertisements. I read a review where someone said they didn’t see any results, but you really can’t fault the application for that. If you choose to setup a loyalty program on your website, you have to announce it to all of your customers. If you give them the right incentive, they will join!

I wouldn’t call myself a programmer, but I know enough to recognize a good software installation versus a bad one. I took a look at the Shopify Liquid source code to see what changes the S Loyalty app had made. I was pleasantly surpised to see that the changes are minimally invasive. The app made a nice backup copy of my “theme.liquid” file and created two new snippets of code, which are clearly identified as belonging to the S Loyalty app by their filenames.

Overall, I couldn’t ask for anything more! This application does exactly what it claims to do. You can easily customize the way things look on your website and their Admin Console is about as user-friendly as they come! I contacted S Loyalty’s Tech Support team twice with questions, and both times, they were quick to respond and got my question/issue resolved within a day. Thank you for proving to me that software quality still exists (at least in this application it does), even with all of the fast-paced changes that happen on the Internet every day! I can see that the S Loyalty team truly cares about its product and values its customers. Thank you!!!

We installed S loyalty and have tested a lot of app similar but, the support team is amazing and make the difference. Everything is very clear and esay to set up depend on your need.
We highly recommended this for your customers

So far so good. I've seen a growth in our sales once we added the customer loyalty program. It was easy to set up, and had a clean interface.

I wish there were more orders per month with the free trial so i can really build my business, than i would be able to pay for the justifiable monthly sub as i get those recurring customers

I haven't been using the app for long yet but I am impressed by its features! Also, the customer service is amazing! They reply fast and really took the time to describe to me each step when I needed help. I absolutely recommend it !

You can't change the settings of the rewards program at free will even when you're subscribed to the highest paid plan. This is no good. You literally have to email their support so they can make the necessary changes. I will no longer utilize this app.

Since we do not encourage merchants to change the point earning ratio frequently as this can cause confusion to shoppers, we require merchants to contact our support team if they want to make changes related to points earning. This process can give us a way to highlight important notes about the change and to verify with the merchant that the change is correct. Hope this explains.
