Really useful application & very helpful staff. Loving the new design from the team at S Loyalty. MUST HAVE APP & will recommend every shop to use this application!

The service team is impeccable! They responded within a day, and also were very helpful in trying to understand from a retailer's standpoint. They also implemented some changes after my feedback, which only serves to make things simpler for my customers and I.

Just finished my free trial, so far so good, I like how they could import the old customers profile and reward them with points.

During our trial period we signed up 25 new customers! we are signing up for an ongoing subscription. I highly SLoyalty as a great customer engagement tool to any new or existing business.

To be honest we had some trouble activating our account. After many emails and telephone conversations with both S Loyalty and Shopify we were thankfully able to solve the problem. Our Account Manager Sara from S Loyalty was absolutely magnificent during the whole process and was even able to outshine Shopify's excellent support staff. Thank you Sara. We sincerely appreciate it.
