Been a great app so far and will help to build our customer base even further.
The only issue we have is that you can't change the timings of reminders email, which doesn't allow us to send them out when we want to. 14 days isn't long enough for us.
Point services are widespread in Japan, so I am grateful for this service. It's a little difficult to use and difficult to understand, but at this point there are many services that I'm grateful for.
So far so good. I am excited to see how this works. Set up has been pretty easy. And I know my customers will love this.
Loving that this app retains new and interested prospective customers through it's fan loyalty program. Just started using through free trial but so far liking the results. The only negative so far is that it's not mobile capable for all mobile phones, showing the pop up screen so large that customers can't opt out and shop if they choose to however they said they are working on it.
It's worked great thus far and my customers love it - however, it's very expensive for a monthly app for a small business like mine. I don't like that it's based on your monthly order average rather than a set amount of users.
Easy to implement and adds value for customers. Just wish we could do more customizations to the basic plan rather than going for the premium plans just to do this. Perhaps an option to redeem points for dollar discounts (ie. 15 points = $15 rebate) would be great.
I am just learning to use this application but so far it has been a snap. I am looking forward to seeing how it will help our business grow. Thank you for creating it !!! Carla
So far, so good! Installation and set up were both relatively easy and it looks great. I'm only reserving a star until I have a better idea of how many sales it will generate for my store.
A great way to reward my customers for every dollar spent.
Simple set up. We'll see if it works.
