S Loyalty: Rewards & Referrals

Been using S Loyalty for quite sometime now, Great app and support, Highly recommend.

I tried another loyalty app prior S Loyalty. The differences were significant.

S Loyalty crushed them on all fronts. The integration and set up with the Shopify cart was amazingly simple. Their feature set is much more robust and clearly focuses on the consumer experience. It also provides us, the merchant, the ability to beautifully personalize the app. Lastly, their pricing plans is right on point.

Bottom line, great app. Easy set up. Fairly priced. Strongly recommend!

Just finished my trial and signed up to continue using the Loyalty Suite. I love that instead of searching for a bunch of different apps these have been packaged together. The set up is easy and customer service, so far has been very helpful and quick. Looking forward to seeing how these apps push our business to the next level.

Easy to use and great feature!. Have quite a few members signed up after we added this app.

The ONLY DRAWBACK is for their refer-a-friend feature, the system only allows us to give points to the referral as opposed to credits. We prefer to give cash credit, as it is much more attractive. However, when I email them, they respond right away and said they are looking to work on this feature as other people have also asked about this feature. Can't wait till they roll that out, then this app will be perfect!

The service team is impeccable! They responded within a day, and also were very helpful in trying to understand from a retailer's standpoint. They also implemented some changes after my feedback, which only serves to make things simpler for my customers and I.
