I just use this app for 20 mins, I'm not sure its really good or not for my store, but the first impression is good, easy to setting.
Love it, it's awesome. My customers love it after just 14 days, and in the free trial the app already paid for itself for the year, so we're solid. We love it. I recommend any business big or small take advantage of this.
4 stars because I think their customer service could improve upon their responsiveness. Also, other small tiny things like easily deleting a customer from the program and seeing it automatically reflect.
Still new to this. Need to learn how to use it.Bonus point given for making it friendly for a dummy user.
S Loyalty has been working great. I really like the unobtrusive reward tab in the bottom corner of the site. And, I like that I can customize the reward program to fit the feel of our site. I turned off the fan builder because I'm not a big fan of the pop up on the first visit. But, that's just my personal taste.

We're still new to the app, but the experience launching it was absolutely terrific. Some of the best customer service I've ever received.
so far so good. lets see how it goes! Only just installed and set up and it seems very straightforward and easy to do. would love a little more editing on the 'congrats' messages but who know si may find that later :) Seems streamlined and okay, about to test and see how it goes live.
Almost a "Great" app! It is a very solid 4 stars and offers a decent amount of options. What makes S Loyalty really stand out is the dashboard and ease of use not to mention the customer service which they take very seriously.
I will admit I was disappointed to find out that the "Fan Overlay" was removed especially when so many small businesses look to social media to help grow and brand their business. S Loyalty did provide me a response but perhaps S Loyalty will reconsider and add it back as a "Paid Option" to at least give customers the option to use it. If they don't it's a business decision which I get as there are always costs involved.
During my initial review I provided some options that I felt would be of great value to both S Loyalty and to us business owners. They quickly got back to me and addressed each of my recommendations with most of them currently in the development stage which would be a huge plus once available.
Overall I would recommend this app for those who are looking for a Loyalty program to add to their business.
At first I had difficulties setting up my very first coupon, especially the part when I had to drag the code to the top bar. However, once I got the hang of it, everything became very simple to me. I like how my webstore looks now. It's very customer-oriented, thanks to S Loyalty App! I've received many compliments from my customers because not only they like to shop, but also to receive rewards that can be redeemed later on.
Very impressive. Simple to set up and the interface for the customer is elegant without our having to adjust (we have the basic service). I had one question and customer service was quick to answer. Seems to be well integrated with Shopify (but I have yet to fully test as only launched today).
I would like to see the help files updated but other than that, I have no issues.
We'll definitely consider the Refer-a-Friend and Fan Builder.
