Easy to use program. It would be nice to have easier access to customizations without having to pay the much higher monthly fee. Such features as: change color schemes, link pop-up to newsletter service like Constant Contact or MailChimp, add custom image to pop-up. Other than the lack of custom features, this program does well for a simple rewards/loyalty program that is user friendly for both the store owner and the customers.

Set up was easy. Looking forward to this upgraded loyalty program for our clients.

Just set up this loyalty Rewards Program so I'm not sure of the results yet but the install was pretty simple.Will give four stars now and will give five after I see how well it works.

J'utilise cette appli pour fidéliser les clients, j'attends de voir, mais cela à l'air pas mal.
Seul point négatif, on configure en Français mais sur le site tout est en anglais. dommage.

Dommage que tout soit en anglais.. j'ai du utiliser l'outil de traduction. Une traduction en Français aurait été plus apréciable

I used the app but I haven't seen any progress. I'm not sure I'm using correctly so I will continue to work with it a couple of months and see if anything changes. The app was very easy to install and setup overall very easy but I need more time to see if it works.

This app is nice, easy to use, I recommend it.
