As a small business I debated as to which Loyalty Program to use. I really like S Loyalty for the customized graphic that you can place into the loyalty tab window - that really helps to streamline your branding. Unfortunately, with the basic intro plan you can only offer a fixed dollar amount off or a set %; no points for Facebook sharing, Facebook/Tweeter likes, referrals or birthday rewards.
I ultimately decided on SweetTooth as their intro plan is free for the first 500 customer accounts. S Loyalty looks GREAT on your site (you can even customize the look of the tab) but ultimately I had to vote with my budget in mind.

Nice app. Dont like how it links to their website on the widget, hence why 4/5 stars, otherwise it would be 5/5. Hope they introduce it for shopify POS too!

Easy to use program. It would be nice to have easier access to customizations without having to pay the much higher monthly fee. Such features as: change color schemes, link pop-up to newsletter service like Constant Contact or MailChimp, add custom image to pop-up. Other than the lack of custom features, this program does well for a simple rewards/loyalty program that is user friendly for both the store owner and the customers.

Just set up this loyalty Rewards Program so I'm not sure of the results yet but the install was pretty simple.Will give four stars now and will give five after I see how well it works.

I used the app but I haven't seen any progress. I'm not sure I'm using correctly so I will continue to work with it a couple of months and see if anything changes. The app was very easy to install and setup overall very easy but I need more time to see if it works.

So far this app has been great! Customers appreciate the opportunity to earn points and redeem as they like from choices.
Would like the opportunity to further customize the pop colors or more info on adding the embedded widget - where to add widget code to the theme code. I will probably have to contact my theme developers for this once we have to upgrade.

I wanted a SIMPLE customer LOYALTY REWARDS plan and a SIMPLE platform. S Loyalty is exactly THAT. User friendly for everyone involved and believe me I'm no program savvy. Customer service is quick via support email. And the plans are reasonably priced for even the smallest businesses.

Very easy to use. Great refer a friend features. I would recommend this app! Downsides are the default reward button on your website looks tacky unless you have your web designer customize it. Other downside is the free trial should be 30 days, 14 days isn't enough time to assess the impact on your company.
