While a bit on the pricey side, we have found S Loyalty to be a wonderful addition to our business. It is very easy to set up and use and our customers seem to have really taken to the rewards program. I would also like to say that I've used S Loyalty on two platforms, BigCommerce and Shopify, and support was excellent at helping us migrate all of our Loyalty accounts over to Shopify from Bigcommerce. Anthony in particular was very, very helpful. Overall, definitely recommend SLoyalty.

Great app and easy to use. Love the slick tab we can have on our site and an extensive range of rewards. The customer service is great and responsive. Keep innovating S Loyalty!

I researched several apps before selecting S Loyalty. I like the multi-prong approach that is built in for current customers, building new customers, and growing social media fans. We've already had some new customer accounts join because they want points and we look forward to seeing some new customers come from the Refer-A-Friend. Super easy to install, works pretty seamlessly. My only wish is that for Fan Builder email sign-ups, it could be automatically connected to my email service (MailChimp) but otherwise, all is well with S Loyalty!

This is a great app and there was a lot of interest in it when we rolled it out. It's pretty easy to set up and it integrates well with our site. If they would allow you to assign custom names to the rewards and if the redemption codes were automatically applied to the customer's cart then it would be 5 stars for me.

The reason for the latter is obvious--customers can get confused so easily and making them enter it themselves it adds an extra step--but the reason I'd like to name rewards is primarily for the shipping incentives. I wanted to have a Priority upgrade and an Express upgrade as rewards, but the way it looks is confusing since it just says Free Shipping up to $9.99 and Free Shipping up to $19.99. A customer might not understand what they are getting. I think I could get rid of any confusion if I could name my own rewards. Maybe that will come in an update.

Overall, a great app and a good way to keep customers coming back.

Been a great app so far and will help to build our customer base even further.

The only issue we have is that you can't change the timings of reminders email, which doesn't allow us to send them out when we want to. 14 days isn't long enough for us.

Point services are widespread in Japan, so I am grateful for this service. It's a little difficult to use and difficult to understand, but at this point there are many services that I'm grateful for.
