The app has many convenient curbside pickup features, and adds much needed functionality for businesses like ours which use specific pickup locations along a truck route. The support team has been extremely helpful making tweaks to the app to fit our needs better. Highly recommended.

I am SO grateful with the instant response and help I got from getting this app to work. I am no tech guru, so I messed with settings in my shop to the point where I had no idea to fix it. Thankfully they went in and told me the issue was that I had multiple shipping options activated which is why I couldn't set my check out option to pickup only.

I searched high and low for an app that allows me to schedule pickups from multiple locations while maintaining one central inventory. This app was the best solution to this issue. Also, the staff is very responsive, and provide assistance quickly and efficiently.

i am frustrated enough to write a review for this app. it has been a massive headache, and the times I have contacted customer support have not been fruitful. basically, the interface is confusing for customers, because they click the button to select local pickup when they intend to have the order shipped. because they do not end up paying for orders they need shipped, I have to email them to ask if they really wanted local pickup or if it should be shipped, and if it is the latter, I have to ask for additional payment which is a hassle for me, and sometimes customers dont see the email and dont pay at all. then i have to call or message them again to get paid. it doesnt integrate nicely with shopify's existing features. customers simply see "$0" and assume it is a free shipping option, rather than free local pickup, and select that instead of paying for shipping.

It has been more hassle than it is worth having all the inventory drawn from one central inventory. I have spent at least 5 hours of my own time monkeying around with the app, trying to make it more clear to customers, or reaching Cork, but the support has been abysmal.

Update: your response on Nov 1 did NOT include "several alternatives." It simply reads

"Hi,
Do you offer shipping in addition to local pickup? If so, you can't require customers to select a pickup time before checking out."

Sorry, but this was not at all helpful. It did not offer any sort of solution, it simply said that I could not offer both local pickup and shipping using this app.

While new to Curbside Pickup Guru, we found installation and setup quite easy, and the integration with Shopify is beautifully seamless. Operationally, the app is easy peasy to use, both on the business side and consumer side of the equation. CPG provides a highly professional consumer-facing appearance and our first customers to utilize curbside pickup through the app LOVE IT. We did have one question during setup and the developer, Cork Labs, was Johnny on the spot. We're VERY happy!

We just started using this app for an online store that needs to have multiple pickup locations but tracks the inventory in one central warehouse. Curbside's customer support team has been incredibly helpful during the set-up and the onsite UX makes a lot of sense.

I am using this app to control curbside pickup for my online shop. I don't offer delivery, so this app appealed to me straight away. Some of the features I love include: multiple pickup locations; black out days and times; lunchtime breaks every day; and the frequency of pickup options. Dealing with the app developer was amazing. Very quick responses, very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. This app is for you if you want to streamline pickups at a busy storefront, don't want to do the coding yourself, and want less emails! Thank you Claire!
