About Sage Business Cloud Accounting

Connecting your Sage Business Cloud Accounting and Shopify account via Combidesk helps you automate your accounting.

When an order is placed in Shopify this app automatically creates an invoice in Sage Business Cloud Accounting (the corresponding client will be created and payment recorded - optional) Our app synchronization is automatically scheduled for every 20-30 minutes.

How To Get Started

What you need:

  • Shopify account.
  • Sage Business Cloud Accounting account.
  • Combidesk account (created automatically after install).

Steps to connect

  • Free 30-day trial integration.
  • Connect your Shopify and Sage Business Cloud Accounting account by installing this app.
  • Your data will now automatically sync between Shopify and Sage Business Cloud Accounting.

Configuration Steps

  • Should all orders be synchronized or only the paid orders?
  • Select the ledger account on which the order lines should be booked.
  • Do you want to register payments for paid orders?
  • Select the bank account to book the payments for paid orders.

What Will Be Synchronized

  • Orders. Define your order state.
  • Customers attached to the order.
  • Refunds.

App does as advertised, sends invoices to Sage as purchases happen. Would like it if it could also invoice Shopify-based expenses (shipping, apps, etc.). Would LOVE if it were able to upload previous transactions.

POPARTDESIGN

Application does not work and no technical support, for two days I got 2 responses from Tim with a maximum of 8 words in his email without providing any concrete response to the installation! To see the notes of the other service "combidesk" I think that it is not a serious company and that the goal is to recover the data of our customers for commercial purposes ....
Application ne fonctionne pas et aucun support technique, depuis deux jours j'ai obtenu 2 réponses de Tim comportant au maximum 8 mots dans son mail sans apporter aucune réponse concrète à l'installation ! A voir les notes des autres service "combidesk" je pense que c'est pas une société sérieuse et que le but est de récupérer les donnée de nos clients à des fins commerciales....
