Not a great app. Support is very slow. The usual sales bulls#%t that tells you the app is amazing, but this is not my experience. Support generic and very lazy. Super hard to set up, don't even try unless you are experienced. I will continue the review when they finally get around to getting in touch again, or doing something. Not very impressed at all. We have now uninstalled because it is just total rubbish, if you are a high end web designer with a PHD you will be fine, but for mere mortals, don't even bother. They don't even care, second email sounds like care factor zero. You have been warned about this one. Too many apps just like it, there is a much better app available with excellent customer support.

We tried multiple emails within minutes of your signup and even called your phone and never got a single response! Your "secret shopper" voicemail was unexpected, but in trying to help you get onboarded it actually helped us connect the dots...

So vapester vaping is actually a facade that shares the same business number of https://www.thesecretshopper.com.au/, existing purely to get paid to write defamatory reviews. A quick google search for "vapester vaping site:apps.shopify.com" shows the repeated pattern of glowing 5-star reviews (for $$$), then multiple 1-star reviews for their close competitors. A business search shows the same business number is also registered for selling used cars also?!! And on it goes...

If you really didn't like our product that is totally fine, we have much to improve on and customer feedback is a huge part of that process. However, getting paid to write these lies is denigrating to our team, bad for the Shopify ecosystem in general, and needs to be called out for what it is.
