The app isnt working as we hope. is very slow!! It allowed me to put comparative prices with a discount, but now i cant change them or delete all the offers, in order to put them back with the correct prices. Basically you need to change all the prices manually in the shopify admin.

Thank you for your review! Sorry the app seems to be slow for you. We are limited by Shopify to updating about 100 products per minute. If you were trying to update many products, it can take some time.
If you by chance uninstalled the app with sales that were still active, we lose access and can't change back the prices. However, you can fix that by re-installing the app, creating the same sales, activating them (they will still be active on your store, so there will be no change to your prices), then deactivating them. I hope that helps, and feel free to reach out with any other questions!

The support is great and very fast, however I would warn anybody to use the app as it changed 700 prices in my store automatically even though I had not setup anything for them via this app. Their support helped me reset this however I was in panic and cannot use this app anymore as it does not work.

Just downloaded this app and so far it has helped me to save lots of time by puuting whole groups of products on sale at the same time. so far the app seems really good

Disaster. Changed the prices of my COMPARE AT prices, not my actual prices. Took my team an extra 4 hours the night of Black Friday to get everything fixed.

Have had nothing but problems - am uninstalling - I have had prices all over the place and anything I manually do it over-writes.

I have wasted so much time on this.........

Had sale rack before and found this not good as well : (

Not very satisfied with this app, I had a few issues. I prefer to cancel my subscription and get another app, even if it is very complicated to re organize all the reductions...

Beware of this APP it caused me alot of work - it removed pricing from items not even included in the sale!!!!!, it removed compare at pricing from radom collection's It is extremely slow at processing the sale and removing takes hours!!!!!

It's super slow every time you have to enable or disable a sale and support answer is that they experience an issue at that moment. That's not true, it's always VERY slow.
Support takes more time than the update to answer. So by the time they speed it up it's too late.

Next time you enable a sale and feel it take to long - email our support and they can speed it up for you.

Destroyed my website. I turned off the app after the sale and the sales prices stayed on my website. I couldn't fix this and I am still waiting to hear back from their customer support. I emailed them at 930 am and it is now 5 pm. I wouldn't trust this app.
