used this app for several sales... Down for the start of Black Friday, down for the end of black friday... oops

thank you for taking the time and writing a review. We absolutely understand your anger and disappointment. One of our third-party providers had a technical issue and therefore our app was unavailable for a short period of time which is inexcusable, especially at this time of the year. We made a mistake relying on the performance of this partner who couldn't deliver as promised. Of course we will change this service provider asap to make sure this does not happen again in the future. As customer satisfaction is our key priority we really want to take this chance to deeply apologize for all the trouble - although we know that this helps little in retrospect. If there is something we can do to regain your trust in our product or assist anyhow we would be happy to do anything within our capabilities.

Exactly what I needed! And the prices go back to normal after you finish your sales period (or not, if you don't want to), which isn't the case for some other apps... Also, the customer service replies instantly, it's great!

Die App, ihre Funktionsweisen und vor allem ihr deutschsprachiger Support sind super! Für uns passt es leider nicht, weil unsere Anforderungen durch Repricing-Software etwas anders sind... Nichtsdestotrotz hat sich Norbert super viel Zeit genommen, das Problem eventuell lösen zu können! Würde jederzeit wieder zurückkommen, wenn´s passt.

After a year on Shopify and 100+ app tryouts I have to say this is hands-down the best documented, easy to use and functional app I have seen. I had quite a complex use case and was able to get it fixed without any developer help or knowledge in under 30 minutes. Props.

this app does what I have been looking for which essentially applies a universal discount to products or collections. Great for campaigns. The customer service is also very quick and problem resolution 100%. Thanks
