Why you did not put a cancellation option to your app?
Thank you for taking the time to write a review - we really appreciate your feedback. To uninstall our product, go to your Shopify backend within our app and simply click on the three dots at the top right. The menu item "uninstall" will be displayed. Please click here and the app will be uninstalled. From this point on, you will not incur any further costs. As we take your review very seriously, we have just added uninstall instructions to our FAQ section so that there should be more clarity for other users in the future. Thank you once again!
Truly this is an excellent sale discount app. Very intuitive and easy to create and maintain all our discounts.
We had some teething issues when we installed the app(due to our own errors) and Norbert from customer couldnt have been more helpful and sorted out our problem.

I have tried almost 17 apps for discounts and tried to contact the support of almost half of them, Heartcoding support is the best of them all.
Also, I found that your app has everything I need at a reasonable price. That's besides the recurring campaign feature which is a great option for me as a drop-shipper while I have daily product updates.

Great app! Everything quick and easy. Everything working fine. Also the customer support is sooo fast and helps a lot. They helped me with little customized settings and were really kind. I am more than 100% satisfied!

The app itself is easy to use and apply. It would be good to be able to see the changes in preview mode though. Although easy to use, there were some things we needed help with and the team at Heartcoding were very prompt and efficient in assisting. They were awesome actually. Would recommend this app.

It is a great app to show the customized sale labels. It is really easy to configure and the UI/UX looks great and you can select a style from the preset labels. The support team also provided timely support when I met an issue. They fixed my issue in a few mins.
