App is broken and customer service is non existent.
There is a huge bug that destroys your cart and stops customers from going to checkout.
They need to refresh page 2-3 times for the bug to go away. Which will lose you sales.
Apparently customer support only respond if you leave a 1star review.

Great App, will take time to customize but has all the needed features
Really outstanding, lightning-fast support from Sophia and development team, who accepted to make some small tweaks to comply with our existing process. Very good price-quality ratio!
Brilliant app, particularly for a free subscription. I've been able to create a customized cart which is certain to increase AOV over the default cart within my Shopify Theme. The ability to use custom CSS allows you to customize as much as you want. The team even offered to develop some further customizations for me which I wasn't able to do myself.
