It is a good app, I recommend it, I have used it before and it has helped me a lot to increase the sales of my business.
App is broken and customer service is non existent.
There is a huge bug that destroys your cart and stops customers from going to checkout.
They need to refresh page 2-3 times for the bug to go away. Which will lose you sales.
Apparently customer support only respond if you leave a 1star review.

The app is faulty and no support. When setting a discount of 10%, it automatically reduces it by 20%.
