I had an excellent experience with Jocelyn! I recently added this app in an effort to boost sales. I like the fact that this app has the option to either add the free gift to the art automatically, or allow the customer to select their free gift. We rotate weekly promotions, and there was a small issue with that. I reached out to tech support, and they worked quickly to walk me through resolving it, and updating my store. I sometimes get frustrated working with tech support, however Jocelyn was awesome, responded quickly and professionally and most importantly set my expectations and met them. Thank you for awesome tech support.

the best thing I like about this app is it gives me the option to choose "Customers will receive the latest rewards when they cross multiple milestones." or "Customers will receive all rewards when they cross multiple milestones."

This app is very easy to set up and start offering upsells and gifts with purchase. Their customer support has been helpful and quick with responding, despite being in a different time zone. We're pretty new to Shopify but already this app can be credited with a conversion or two.
