TL: Free Gift BOGO & Upsell

Excellent app! It does exactly what we need for gift and upsell promotions, and it's very flexible once configured correctly. The support team is outstanding—fast, knowledgeable, and committed to solving issues until everything works perfectly. If you're looking for a reliable gift promotion app for Shopify, this one is definitely worth considering.

The app is very user-friendly , quite well-developed, and offers a lot of features . I'm just running into a few issues at the moment, and the technical team is actively working on resolving them . Their response time is also very fast . I hope they can fix my current problem—as long as it gets resolved, I'll definitely keep using it .

Good app for free gift campaigns. Easy to set up, auto-add to cart works well. Support (Carmine) was responsive and helpful, even suggested a progress bar solution I hadn't considered. Free plan is limited (no translations), but solid for testing before committing to a paid plan.

I’ve been using three different apps from Tek Labs, and I’ve been extremely satisfied with all of them.

What stands out most is the support. Every team member I’ve interacted with has been helpful, but I especially want to highlight Hannah. She has been incredibly friendly, professional, and remarkably fast in responding. It would not be an exaggeration to say that this is the fastest and one of the friendliest support experiences I’ve had with any Shopify app. It genuinely makes working with the apps much more enjoyable.

On two separate occasions, the support team helped customize their apps specifically for my store. The process was smooth, and the results worked perfectly.

As for the apps themselves, the functionality is excellent, the user interface is clean and intuitive, and everything performs exactly as expected.

Outro ponto muito positivo é a flexibilidade de personalização, que permite adaptar a experiência ao visual da loja sem comprometer a usabilidade. Os combos em pop-up, os descontos por volume e as recompensas no carrinho ajudam bastante na conversão e tornam a jornada de compra mais atrativa para o cliente.

É um app completo, estratégico e muito útil para quem quer melhorar a experiência de compra e vender mais de forma inteligente. Recomendo fortemente.
