The free gift app works perfectly. Took me 10 minutes to set up my first Buy X get Y free promotion, including all the editing text to the way I want it.
Had one little problem when setting it up, but Tuan soon helped me sort it out.
UPDATE
Was shocked to see that I've been charged $15 each for July and August for an app that was free (not free trial, but FREE) when I installed it on 12 June.
Considering it won't let me set up more than one buy X get Y free and also doesn't let you stack discounts, it's not actually adding anything that's not available anywhere else.
$15 a month? You're welcome to it, spend it wisely.

1. Subscription Issue
When you initially installed our app in June, it was indeed available for free, with no charges applied. However, in July, we introduced a subscription plan for all app users. Our team had sent out notifications regarding the new pricing plan to all customers before the subscription launched.
We noticed that you uninstalled our app on July 14 and installed it again right after that, then activated our pricing plan. This is the reason why your store was applied to the new pricing plan and charged for the July and August usage like other stores meeting the subscription conditions.
2. App Features
We are eager to hear more about your specific needs when using the app's features. Since you first started using the app, we have made many improvements to our app, and it has fully addressed the issues you mentioned, such as stack discounts.
