Tek Labs Free gift Cart Upsell

I’ve been using three different apps from Tek Labs, and I’ve been extremely satisfied with all of them.

What stands out most is the support. Every team member I’ve interacted with has been helpful, but I especially want to highlight Hannah. She has been incredibly friendly, professional, and remarkably fast in responding. It would not be an exaggeration to say that this is the fastest and one of the friendliest support experiences I’ve had with any Shopify app. It genuinely makes working with the apps much more enjoyable.

On two separate occasions, the support team helped customize their apps specifically for my store. The process was smooth, and the results worked perfectly.

As for the apps themselves, the functionality is excellent, the user interface is clean and intuitive, and everything performs exactly as expected.

We’ve been using this app for quite some time and the improvements over time have been impressive, smooth, user-friendly and constantly evolving.
The milestone feature is a great addition, and the team is incredibly responsive and efficient in implementing feedback (they even fixed a small UX issue for us within hours!).

Mia has been incredible at helping me troubleshoot my questions and issues I was having. The devs team even got involved to troubleshoot something they really didn't have to do, but chose to do. Now that's customer service! highly recommend using this app!

This app does a lot for us: all kind of promotions, gifts & samples based on cart value, free shipping, etc... the support is fast too!

Amazing support and features that really fulfil what we need, being able to do seperate POS on Online offers really sets the app apart when it comes to adding free gifts to the cart automatically.

Easy to use, flexible app with a very helpful support team who are on hand and responsive to give advice or implement bespoke fixes if the app doesn't quite do what we need it to do.

This app is relatively easy to set up and use. When I needed some assistance, they were timely and got it working perfectly for me.
