page said you can get the free plan. But it still cost you money.No idea why the plan has been upgraded

The thing is that the app's free plan allows to use it on one page only and as we see in our database, it was enabled on two pages. Anyway, no worries! We've already requested a charge reversal from Shopify. Also, we tried to contact you via email in order to discuss this situation but didn't receive any response yet. Excellent app to display timer for special offers 0 code very easy to use . Recommended
Great app, just missing a key common feature - being able to manually insert a code snippet to show the timer wherever you want, on the home page or collection page for example.
5 stars other than that. SpurIT makes a solid suite of apps so maybe they'll add this feature at some point.

I choose the free plan and they charged me for the priority support plan $17.99!!! While I was not even using the app anymore!!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED
Sorry that you've faced such unpleasant situation and confusion. The thing is that the app's Free plan allows to enable the timer once and for one page only. As we see in our database, you've enabled two timers or maybe enabled one timer twice.
Anyway, no worries! We've requested a charge reversal from Shopify in order to avoid any accidental charges, it will be processed ASAP.
