page said you can get the free plan. But it still cost you money.No idea why the plan has been upgraded

The thing is that the app's free plan allows to use it on one page only and as we see in our database, it was enabled on two pages. Anyway, no worries! We've already requested a charge reversal from Shopify. Also, we tried to contact you via email in order to discuss this situation but didn't receive any response yet. I never quite thought of a countdown timer to increase a sense of urgency to increase sales, until I saw the reviews of how well the app works to do just that. I am thrilled!

I choose the free plan and they charged me for the priority support plan $17.99!!! While I was not even using the app anymore!!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED
Sorry that you've faced such unpleasant situation and confusion. The thing is that the app's Free plan allows to enable the timer once and for one page only. As we see in our database, you've enabled two timers or maybe enabled one timer twice.
Anyway, no worries! We've requested a charge reversal from Shopify in order to avoid any accidental charges, it will be processed ASAP.

Wir haben eine schnelle Lösung für einen Countdown gebraucht. Mit dieser App war es in 5 Minuten gelöst.
Pretty good; wish there were more options as to how the timer looked; not just color and font control.
Works great! Really easy to set up and change the design. I would like to have more fonts to personalize the bar, but it works anyway good.
