I asked for help from support, waited two days and then they said they were closing my case because they didn't hear from me. I can't seem to get help. I am currently being overcharged and they don't seem to want to fix that, either.

We are here to help please contact us by email support@amai.com or via chat in the app. Shopify handle billing and it’s not possible to be overcharged, especially as you have only had the app 4 days and it’s a 14 day free trial, but if you contact us we’ll look into this and resolve it for you. Love this app, it is great for driving urgency during promotions. The support team is very helpful too, and fast turnaround with communication/providing solutions!
Dated and the widgets are not responsive as one would expect. Ran into multiple issues that force you to use support such as pop up notifications did not show at all no matter how many changes I made to options and code. Secondly the tables for product countdown timer are not responsive and extremely oversized making it really bad on a site. Tried it for 1 hour and now deleting. Not worth it at all.
