Vape and Juice
Could have been a good app but they took nearly a week to reply. The blame was levelled at their email server, but for an app maker that focuses on manufacturing a messaging experience, it strikes me as a sign to avoid. When they did reply, there was nothing to indicate what app they were replying from. Customer friendly means nothing to them.
The point of great customer service is to reduce the need for a customer to have to do additional work, such that you make your business indespensibly valuable to the user's life.
If a customer replies to your message with "you still haven't answered my Question" you are doing something wrong

I really love this app! It is so easy to use. It is a great way to instantly put up messages to help spread the word about anything that you want your shoppers to know. It is definitely worth a try.

It's a great app. Exactly what I was looking to do. wanted to show a message in the cart so users know by adding how much they can get free shipping and it works perfectly. The interface is very neat and display of notification for customers is also very neatly done.
There was an issue in start and developers responded very quickly. Really appreciate their response time.
There can many more features added to it like as follows:
Add X amount more to get Y Discount on the cart - (This can push customers to purchase more for a discount)
Special Price X for you if you checkout within Y minutes.
More can be added.
