The only free-gifts app that worked perfectly for me right away (Custom Template)! Since I needed a few adjustments (design wise). I had to contact the support, which already answered in a few minutes - Super nice! The set up was super easy, I chatted with the online sales rep Adam who walked me through the set up. So far the app is working perfectly!

Pretty easy to use, however it created an unlimited supply of my free product (which I did not have), and I only discovered this when a customer selected it and i no longer had stock. Also, the app doesn't work on Mac/Safari. Which is really annoying as I run my whole business and shopify on my mac. Told I need to get another browser. For that reason, am deleting the app.

The app was really easy to use and install. Also the customer service was so great, really fast and went beyond to help when I couldn't work out how to do something. Thank you

Beware of this app, it causes chaos in your inventory, by far the worst app support I've wittnessed in my 4 years working with numerous Shopify App.
