I had a very special requirement for this app, and Adam made it possible by customizing how the app works to meet my unique needs. Now, when a customer has spent over $50 on my site, logs into their account and their account contains a specific customer tag, a free product is automatically added to their cart for them without any pop-ups or manual cart additions required. With these new features added to their already robust and user friendly solution, this app will be a great revenue generator to us and improve customer loyalty for many years to come.

This is by far the best app for free gifts. Plus the support team is awesome. I had a little bug so they fixed it in very quickly and now it's working peferctly fine! I highly recommend

Interesting to read all of the great reviews, because our experience was completely the opposite. Once you install the app, the code overwrites your existing theme template (there is no option to make changes prior to enabling the app -- it just automatically installs). We had so many glitches due to our website having more complex programming. The app interfered with 1) our newsletter pop-up and 2) our Add to Cart buttons. Initially, the Add to Cart button was duplicated on product listings i.e. 2 Add to Cart buttons appeared. When I notified Adam of this, he requested access and did something to "fix" the bug. Now, some of our product listings don't have the Add to Cart button at all. I reached out again, and he said, verbatim, "i check your issue for you but this app do not touch “add to cart” buttons in your store. This will be issue for your theme developer." He seemed to be communicative and timely on the first day I downloaded the app. After that, communication has been very lacking. Strongly recommend against installing this app if you have a more robust site.

Great function and great service! I had an an issue with the application that was user error on my behalf and it was dealt with right away.

The biggest negative about this app - if your free gift sells out it will not deactivate the free gift offer automatically - this seems like an easy fix but the support team said the only answer is to manually deactivate the offer. I do not have the time to constantly watch my inventory and do not want to cause more work or issue for myself of my customers if I over sell a free gift.

It's pretty easy to use, we tried it for 3 days with a special offert to get a free gift when ordering a certain amount on our e-shop but we didn't set the time zone correctly so we had a small issue that the support service helped to fix. For next campaign we will definitely purchase this app.
