The app works fine on the website. The support I have received has been great. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use. I’ve had a great experience with this app but the only drawback is that it's not fully compatible with a few themes and because of that it reflects a little later after the page is loaded or after refreshing it.
The app is great if you're looking to include free gifts with purchases over a certain cart value. Technical support is also very responsive! We experienced some glitches, but Adam was able to resolve them within 24h of receiving our message.

The app is very useful but I recommend checking it after installation. They had to manually fix it on our website to work properly. For example, ask them what happens when a gift gadget is out of stock. The staff is very kind.

This is an easy-to-use app for creating free gifts. The support service was super helpful and friendly too!
Was looking for an app that would help customers receive a free gift with purchase and the app actually place the item in the cart - this app does it the smoothest. It also allows you to customize the messaging. Customer service is great. I had a couple issues with the dates of my promotions not saving or changing dates when I hit save. Also it creates a duplicate item in your inventory, then changes that duplicate item's inventory. I foresee this allowing issues with inventory numbers.
The support was great, I wish the product could be altered in the checkout section versus having to remove it and change it. But other than that its a good app.
Probably the best app for creating free gift offers!!! And very fast and comunicative support!

Adam help us a lot on the setting. But more customization are expected such as background selection, font size, font color etc. Currently this is not available even in PRO version.

The only free-gifts app that worked perfectly for me right away (Custom Template)! Since I needed a few adjustments (design wise). I found the app I was looking for. It has been a very useful application for my store. Customer service has always been helpful.
Be aware!!! I downloaded this app a few days ago and didn't find it helpful so I deleted it. But something horrible happened afterward - all of the products I set as a gift before become FREE via the storefront. I guess the mechanism of this app is in order to make a product as Free Gift, they duplicate the product and mark its price as 0. And so even after you delete the app, those duplicates stay and their price remains 0. This is utterly ridiculous. I have to warn you before you download this app. It will harm your business.

I use this app to give free gifts to my customers and it works perfectly. But the best part is that you still can use a coupon on the store! This is the only app that I could find that does it! So, to me, it it perfect! And also, the support team is great. Adam helped me with everything I needed.
I started using this app to give free gift over a certain purchase value but the customers can add this free product without any purchase due to some error in the app. I have highlighted this issue for last three days but no response. Multiple follow ups. moreover the app is buggy. It doesn't allow all design changes it claims it can which also i have highlighted since last 20 days. I am planning to remove it. and won't suggest anyone to use it. Sorry I gave the access but no changes were done expect continuous emails to me to remove the review. I am removing your app today as now it is even interfering with my checkout due to your code. Its lead to lot of abandoned carts since it impacted my checkout and also lot of fraud happened due to this app. sorry but I need to be truthful about your app.

We are so sorry this app do not work for 100% together with other “free gifts” apps you have in your store. Just installted the App and my gift was up an running within a few minutes. Adam from the support team was so helpful, I love that they have a live chat on their support team so you get your support immediately. Your really do not need to be techy to use this app.

I love this app even without the pro version you can do great things. The customer support is more than satisfied, very reactive and ready to help for free
I'm waiting on more advanced features such as the ability to apply gifts to entire collections and setting your own gift box colour with hex codes but it does the job and support is fast and friendly.

The app's live assistant, Adam, was super helpful with requests. He responded to each question extremely fast. The app itself has also been a good solution to some of Shopify's limitations.
This is by far the best app for free gifts. Plus the support team is awesome. I had a little bug so they fixed it in very quickly and now it's working peferctly fine! I highly recommend
