No support. App glitched and now cost me hundreds in programming to try and fix. Good idea, terrible execution.

Update: Owner reached out to me and offered support and was generous enough to refund my money. Thanks

Pretty easy to use, however it created an unlimited supply of my free product (which I did not have), and I only discovered this when a customer selected it and i no longer had stock. Also, the app doesn't work on Mac/Safari. Which is really annoying as I run my whole business and shopify on my mac. Told I need to get another browser. For that reason, am deleting the app.

Hello,
you can edit stock of your free products (gifts) in products administration.
I am so sorry about Mac/Safari, but shopify do not allow to open app inside their frame in this browser - developers can do nothing about it :/

There was a ton of back and forth with Support in order to get the app set up and working for our needs. It's not ideal to need to contact support so much in the set up, however their support team always responded with a 24 hour response time, and helped resolve all the issues until we had the app functioning like we wanted! All in all, I would set this up well ahead of time, but once it's working it works great.
