We're using the app for free now but customer service is still excellent
This pop-up app has indeed helped increase sales - something I used to doubt - the support team is quick and useful.

Customer support for setting up the first campaigns is 10/10—very friendly, fast, and helpful. This app is free but covers all my needs, they said that more templates are upcoming
