This app creates a metafield for each order and leaves code behind when you remove the app, taking hours to clean.

Regarding the metafields, most Shopify apps create them as part of their functionality. Due to Shopify platform limitations, developers cannot remove metafields after an app is uninstalled. If you had contacted us before uninstalling, we would have been happy to remove them from our side. You can also refer to the Shopify Developer Community for more details on this limitation. The CSS sales team provides great and effective support. They are responsive, helpful, and always willing to work with you to find solutions. At times, there are still some inconsistencies with tags, and it can feel like there’s quite a bit of manual work required for customization. That said, the team is flexible and collaborates closely to make sure things get done.
So far the most responsive email support I have seen, they are basically working everyday and make sure your request is attended.
Support from CSS team has been Fantastic. App meets all our requirements with respect to Sales Reps; this is very important tool for our new shopify stores both in Australia and USA.
