I have decided to write a review for the Shopify app that I have been using for some time now. I must say that I am very satisfied with the overall experience. The app is well-designed and has many useful features that have allowed me to efficiently manage my online store.

But what has really made the experience even better is the technical support. I had some questions and issues and contacted the support team. I have to say that I was impressed by their speed and efficiency in solving problems. Every time I needed assistance, the team was always available and ready to help.

In summary, the Shopify app has been an excellent choice for my online business and the technical support has been an added value that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable solution for their online store.

I have just started using the app, and it is fantastic. It is exactly what we needed to establish our wholesale program. The developers of the app have been amazingly helpful and eager to customize the app to fit our needs for a reasonable fee. Great App very useful. Vik and his team are always responsive. They even customized the app for our company. Our sales reps are using the Sales Team App . It also has a nice dashboard and makes our life easier to analyze our sales. Simply the perfect app for any affiliate program.

We use this app to help us create affiliate compensation percentages and dollar amounts on sales. I really like how everything is easy to navigate and the input from the Chief Software team. Things started out a little rocky because of the distance, time difference and communication issues, but once we got on the phone with them everything was clearly spelled out and all of our objectives were met. There are so few CRM apps for Shopify I thought that I was never going to find one that worked- I am so happy I found Sales Team. Amazing customer service! Than you Vic and Rik for all the time and customization. We are already setting things and and can't wait to start using it. Absolutely recommend.

Rose has been exceptional each time we meet, she is very direct & instructional when helping and always follows up with screen shots and written instructions.
