This app is a great tool for allowing our sales team to submit orders and calculate commissions for payout. The team was easy to work with to help us achieve our goals and work within our budget for some custom development.
What a great app! This is exactly what we needed. It helped our sales reps so much! They Developers are great to work with as well, they changed a few things for us and it really helped us!
Originally, I gave this company a 1 star review. That was approximately 3 weeks ago. Within 3 weeks, the developer contacted me and worked very hard to resolve the issues we were having with the system. They are now fixed (including the billing issue), and our reps seem to be happy. And if the reps are happy, I'm happy. So 1 star has now turned into 5 stars. : )
This app works great, it has all the features we were looking for to make our small business run smoothly. Our sales people have access to everything they need on a day to day basis. The support team has also been outstanding. The response time is excellent, Vik helps us troubleshoot issues we are having and even when it's our error, he takes the time to walk us through the steps to make sure we get it right. Vik has helped us create and perfect our teams experience!
I was looking for a solution to help me build a B2B store, in which sales agents could place orders on behalf of their customers and I found the perfect solution. Sales team app is incredibly easy to install and use. Support is fast and very efficient. Highly recommended!
Vik and the team have been extremely helpful in setting up Our Sales App. We needed an app to allow our sales team to login, create customers and orders with specifics and Sales App has been the ONLY app that has been able to do this for us.
This app works and the support team is very helpful! They reply to our messages quickly and fix the issues that we encountered. However, we had to uninstall it as we are still looking at something that would suit best with our business model.
This is perfect for stores that would just like simple affiliate features.

I do want to address your comment "This is perfect for stores that would just like simple affiliate features".. Since our app provides much more than simple affilaite features. Affiliates/ Reps / Ambassadors can send invoices, purchase at wholesale rates, share discounts, you can even assign customers to reps and give commission when customers place an order. Reps can even add potential sales leads to your store... You can even have sales team managers to manage your sales teams :)
We are very sad to see you uninstall, but since our app provides such rich feature set for you sales team, i am sure we will see you back soon :)
The team at CSS has been great at helping us resolve issues. It is a little light in the features department is all.
Very quick response. I will give this app a thorough try. I hope I will be provided a link for my representative to log in to his dashboard, which I couldn't find it anywhere.
The people at Chief Software are VERY nice people and are quite responsive. But after MONTHS of trying and paying a lot of money for customizations (which took months longer than the original estimate of a few weeks BTW), the app just DOES NOT WORK. Many of the basic functions are broken and the coding is just plain sloppy. After using many different Shopify apps over the years, I have never encountered one this bad and am extremely disappointed that I wasted my time and money. I'm not sure how they have any positive reviews except for their kindness and their accessibility to schedule a call. I do wish the team well, but really need to let others know how bad this app is.
I am extremely sad to hear that you had a bad experience. We had created the sign up page with multiple custom fields that you needed and a directory page where customers can select their own style concierge. When we tested things it was working as expected. In fact you were also able to sign up as a style concierge and sign up a test customer to a rep from the directory page. Also when you launched, reps were able to sign up and their sales were tracked back to them. Our features are working well for our other clients and we see most of our clients grow their sales team and total sales using our app.
We always fix all issues that are reported by our clients, right away. In the last 6 -8 weeks we didn't hear any complains from you. Please let me know, what didn't work well and I'll make sure our development team fixes it and make it right for you. We are committed to our clients and I want to make this right for you. please let us know what didn't work well and we will get it fixed asap.
Regarding the time to finish the project, as new requirements get added, the time lines do increase. I wish I could have gotten all requirements in one go, so we wouldn't have had to do multiple iterations.
