I have been working with the app for a few months, when help is needed the team has always been there for me. Rose has been exceptional each time we meet, she is very direct & instructional when helping and always follows up with screen shots and written instructions. I have decided to write a review for the Shopify app that I have been using for some time now. I must say that I am very satisfied with the overall experience. The app is well-designed and has many useful features that have allowed me to efficiently manage my online store.

But what has really made the experience even better is the technical support. I had some questions and issues and contacted the support team. I have to say that I was impressed by their speed and efficiency in solving problems. Every time I needed assistance, the team was always available and ready to help.

My company has been using this app and another one that Rose and Vik have helped a lot with. They are fast to respond and answer every question that we have. They were also able to make the apps very custom to our needs.

So far, so good. Their customer service and willingness to assist was great. I was able to video conference with the developer and they were extremely communicative. We don't need all the features, but so far it's improving our business with the features we need.

After testing this app on our store and finding we needed some customization to meet our needs, Vik and his team were quick to respond. They provided custom development within the app and seamlessly integrated Sales Team with other apps on our store.
