There are so few CRM apps for Shopify I thought that I was never going to find one that worked- I am so happy I found Sales Team. Amazing customer service! Than you Vic and Rik for all the time and customization. We are already setting things and and can't wait to start using it. Absolutely recommend.

I have been working with the app for a few months, when help is needed the team has always been there for me. Rose has been exceptional each time we meet, she is very direct & instructional when helping and always follows up with screen shots and written instructions. I feel I can't go wrong as when in doubt there is always advice & help given. Thank you to all of you, you ROCK!!!

We needed an app that could help us build a remote sales team that could have the tools to support sales in the field. Vik was amazing at helping us create our sales dashboard, explaining the features and even offering to customize anything we needed that was not off the shelf. I was very impressed with the solution set that was offered but even more impressed with the level of support I received. I am excited with the possibilities of what we can do with Sales Team. Vik and his team were so awesome to deal with, and the amendments that they made to the app to work with our store was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this app if you are needing wholesale or looking to have affiliates. The app dashboard is also very easy to understand / customize to your own needs. The Sales Team development crew is amazing! They are always willing to try new features out and are able to help with any kind of customization you may need. The out of the box features were great, but our company needed a bit more specific features, and the team did not hesitate to accomplish those tasks. 5/5

I love this app it is easy to use and the customer service is outstanding, they are responsive and will meet with you whenever needed. For a small fee they can customize commission structures and train you on how the flow works for your employees. this app can also integrate with their other apps such as wholesale quickie

This app is brilliant! The support is absolutely fantastic with an opportunity to speak on video link to technical support if needed. I needed an app to allow my sales reps to order products and see their own orders on a dashboard without seeing other orders from other reps or customers. It does exactly that and when I asked for some tweaks to fit my business, the developers responded either making small changes free of charge or at a reasonable fee. They're busy developing the app all the time and are open to suggestions to improve it for all. Thank you Rose for being such a great help.
