CSS Sales Team

The Sales Rep app has been a great addition to our wholesale site. We are managing multiple reps and this tool gives a great amount of features that they find very useful such as the ability to enter orders for customers and the cart sharing. Having a limited dashboard with functionality was crucial for us with using independent sales reps, as we do not want to share all order and customer information. This app fits the bill. Vik and Rose have been great working working through some of the early hiccups we had and helped with our installation. They answered our tons of questions very quickly. They also were very open to user feedback to improve the application. We would not know what to do without this app. Great application and dev team!

This was the only app we could find that would solve the problems we were facing. Vik and his support team have been extremely helpful and have worked closely with us to adjust the app to our needs.

This app is still brand new on our shop - We haven`t had the time to fully test it out as yet. But so far and just from the first look (talk of love at first sight) we are sure it meets or exceeds our dream for a commission based system. Still in the first week of trying out the app. You might have to do additional things to your store to get it to work that aren't in the instructions. Like turning your store accounts/members function to "ON". They are in the process of preparing more videos and were really helpful with getting the app to work. I can see how this will be an amazing app if I get people to use it. Also I wish you could add some more text to the Sales Rep Sign Up Page so I could explain the features of the program.

Customer service is extremely greatly responsive to my inquiries and requests though the application needs to be mobile-optimized. They're willing to make customizations so that the app works for my needs.
