I have decided to write a review for the Shopify app that I have been using for some time now. I must say that I am very satisfied with the overall experience. The app is well-designed and has many useful features that have allowed me to efficiently manage my online store.

But what has really made the experience even better is the technical support. I had some questions and issues and contacted the support team. I have to say that I was impressed by their speed and efficiency in solving problems. Every time I needed assistance, the team was always available and ready to help.

In summary, the Shopify app has been an excellent choice for my online business and the technical support has been an added value that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable solution for their online store.

I have just started using the app, and it is fantastic. It is exactly what we needed to establish our wholesale program. The developers of the app have been amazingly helpful and eager to customize the app to fit our needs for a reasonable fee. I would HIGHLY recommend this app to anyone wanting to enter a wholesale sales program.

Great App very useful. Vik and his team are always responsive. They even customized the app for our company. Our sales reps are using the Sales Team App . It also has a nice dashboard and makes our life easier to analyze our sales. Simply the perfect app for any affiliate program.

There are so few CRM apps for Shopify I thought that I was never going to find one that worked- I am so happy I found Sales Team. Amazing customer service! Than you Vic and Rik for all the time and customization. We are already setting things and and can't wait to start using it. Absolutely recommend.

I have been working with the app for a few months, when help is needed the team has always been there for me. Rose has been exceptional each time we meet, she is very direct & instructional when helping and always follows up with screen shots and written instructions. The Sales Team development crew is amazing! They are always willing to try new features out and are able to help with any kind of customization you may need. The out of the box features were great, but our company needed a bit more specific features, and the team did not hesitate to accomplish those tasks. 5/5

I love this app it is easy to use and the customer service is outstanding, they are responsive and will meet with you whenever needed. For a small fee they can customize commission structures and train you on how the flow works for your employees. this app can also integrate with their other apps such as wholesale quickie

This app is brilliant! The support is absolutely fantastic with an opportunity to speak on video link to technical support if needed. I needed an app to allow my sales reps to order products and see their own orders on a dashboard without seeing other orders from other reps or customers. It does exactly that and when I asked for some tweaks to fit my business, the developers responded either making small changes free of charge or at a reasonable fee. They're busy developing the app all the time and are open to suggestions to improve it for all. Thank you Rose for being such a great help.

Works great, support is amazing and the team is very helpful. Will definitely be using the app for the long term.
