So far really thrilled with the app. There aren’t many similar apps out there that would tick all the boxes like this one does. Support has been incredible and they were really forthcoming with customising the app side of things to suit our branding. Overall really thrilled, would recommend to anyone looking to integrate any sort of sales / commission into their store!

We asked for a german translation of the app and this was done within 24h. Over all this app provides a great platform to manage a small to medium sales team and their commissions. We can definitely recommend!
This app broke our accounts page after uninstalling. Contacted customer service on four separate occasions and no response. Wouldn't recommend.
Our team investigated & found that the issue arose as we have moved away from using the customer account page for the reps' dashboard. In our current setup, we offer a dedicated rep login page to prevent such issues. We feel terrible that your store got affected due to the older version of app. Please accept our apologies and lets us know how we can make it up to you.
We are new customers, but have worked directly with the developers on custom commission scales and analytics and they have been great to work with. Quick and very communicative. We are excited to roll out our new sales rep reporting system for 2024.
I wanted to restrict the products a sales rep can choose to put in an order. They were able to make this special modification for a minimal cost with a quick turnaround and made it so it's easy for me to modiify the available products list.

FIVE STARS for customer service! The app needs a bit of work still, however, their team is extremely responsive and helpful. They're willing to make customizations so that the app works for my needs, and that's huge!

CSS Sales Team has been a great app for us. Easy to use, perfect for adding multiple sales reps and most importantly, exceptional customer service. Whenever we've had an issue and needed to reach out for assistance, Amit and his team have always been quick in fixing the issues and responding in a timely manner. They are very helpful and we definitely recommend this app.
