My whole website crashed because of this app.
I am assuming it is because it stops google from being able to craw your website. So google wouldn't let anyone on my website.
6.5 hours lost going through every app and theme trying to find the issue.
Also have been charging me $8 USD a month and the advertised price is $4.99.

We noticed that you used our app from March/23 to October/23, during which time our app didn't undergo any changes, so it wouldn't make sense for the app to fail in your store only after months of use.
Sales Shield does not have any function that blocks sites like Google, our protection function against trackers only generates more updates for sales tracking software to trick them.
Our original price was US$8.00 with additional charges that varied according to the number of products in the store. Today we are using a reduced lifetime price of US$ 4.99 without any additional fees, to use this price just reinstall the app.
