I am extremely disappointed with the customer service of the Sales Sniper application. After updating Fastlane from the same publisher, my shop displayed an error message. Despite my numerous attempts to contact customer service to resolve the issue, they claimed that I had not subscribed to this application, even though I have been paying for it for several years and provided proof of my payments. But to no avail! This company is one to avoid at all costs, incapable of recognizing its own customers. I had to personally delve into my theme's code, even though I am not a programmer, to remove the line of code generating the error message. I finally decided to completely delete this application because a company that treats its customers in this way simply does not deserve to have any.
